This board was created for you. It is your Participation that keeps it going. But I have found that most boards, most groups fail. So this is where I ask for your help. What do you find helpful in counseling? One on one? Group sessions? Thoughts and ideas from others? What else helps you? Music? Humor? Good friends? Food? And you may find some mind altering substances may help for a short while. Long term coping is what I advocate. Life can be tough, but a change in perception can shift you from failure to achievement. I need to know what you find helpful if I am going to be able to keep the board going.
